Why a verbal pitch no longer cuts it
When you tell a model « we can aim at $30K a month together », they hear it but don't see it. Their brain files the sentence next to every other promise made that week, often by five different agencies. When you show the same projection on the interface they already know, with their first name on it and the curve going up, the potential becomes tangible. The number doesn't change, its readability changes completely.
Picking the screen : Infloww or OnlyFans ?
Simple rule : show the screen your audience recognizes. A creator running her own account lives in the OnlyFans interface, so that's the one that speaks. A multi-platform model, or a conversation with another agency, calls for the Infloww interface, the industry command center that aggregates OnlyFans, Fanvue and MYM. Fakeyourdash ships both replicas, editable cell by cell, on desktop and mobile.

The 4-step method
1. Before the call : prep their dashboard
Open the replica and edit the numbers : Total Earnings $30,000, Subscriptions 1,250, Messages 8,200, Tips $4,800. Those are credible orders of magnitude for a top-1% entrant. Put the model's first name in Settings then Creator Name, and save (Pro plan). Check the displayed date is coherent : a screen dated on the current month reads better than one frozen on an arbitrary month.
2. Start of the call : show the trajectory
Before even talking about you or your agency, share your screen and open full-screen presentation mode. State in one sentence what they are looking at : « this is the projection we're aiming at together over twelve months, these are not results ». Then leave thirty seconds of silence. Nine times out of ten, the model leans in and asks how you get there. The projection did the hook work for you.
3. During the pitch : edit live
This is where the replica beats every static deck. The model says « $30K is ambitious for me ». You click, drop to $12K, the dashboard recalculates instantly. Then you show $22K at six months and $30K at twelve. You build the growth curve in front of them, and above all you handle the objection instead of dodging it. A model who has seen the cautious scenario on screen signs more easily than one who was only promised the high one.
4. After the call : send the visual
On Pro, export the final dashboard in 4K HD and attach it to your follow-up email, with one line restating the frame : « reminder, this is the target we discussed, not achieved numbers ». The model keeps something they can re-read, show their circle, compare with other offers. The visual works for you between two conversations.
Step by step for a Zoom call
- Before : dashboard prepped with their first name and realistic numbers for THEIR profile, not for your best model.
- At the start : say it's a projection, in one sentence, before showing the screen.
- During : share in full-screen presentation mode, no browser bar visible.
- On objection : drop the number live, then rebuild the curve over twelve months.
- At the end : recap the two scenarios you showed (cautious and target) rather than only one.
- After : HD export attached, with the frame restated in writing.
Proven scripts
« I'm going to show you the trajectory we aim at over the next twelve months. These are simulated targets, not achieved numbers. Look at what your dashboard would look like if we hold that pace. »
« $30K is our six-month target if things go well. Here's what it looks like on screen. If we miss it and land at $22K, here's that too. Are you comfortable with the low scenario ? »
« See that conversion number ? It's the only indicator I really commit to, because it's the one my team drives. The rest also depends on your content pace. »
Numbers you should never use
- Perfectly round amounts ($50,000 exactly) : it reads fake instantly.
- Unrealistic numbers for the profile (a beginner with no audience at $200K a month).
- Sections inconsistent with each other ($10K earnings but 50 messages on the month).
- A high double-digit conversion rate, which nobody sustains over time.
- No date : a real dashboard always displays a precise period.
The right move is to start from real market ranges and build the projection inside them, rather than picking an impressive number and patching the rest around it.

The three classic objections
« This looks too good to be true. » Fair objection, and the best answer is to lower the number in front of them. A closer who agrees to come down gains credibility, one who insists loses it.
« Have you already done this for someone ? » Answer with orders of magnitude and timelines, not with a screenshot presented as a real statement. A projection announced as such is a sales aid ; a capture presented as proof of results is a legal problem.
« Why would I pay a commission ? » Show the gap between the solo scenario and the managed one, on the same dashboard, by changing the values live. A visualized gap convinces better than an argument.
Ethical and legal considerations
Pitching with an editable dashboard is legitimate as long as you present the numbers as projections, never as current results. Say it explicitly, at the start of the call and in the follow-up email. Never show a replica claiming « these are my agency numbers » : that's commercial fraud, and our terms of use forbid circulating these screens while implying the numbers are real.
Three additional rules. Don't build the projection on a real person's identity without their agreement. Never use these screens to obtain credit, a lease or financing. And keep a written trace of the frame you announced, which protects both sides if the relationship sours. The frame is spelled out in our terms of use : these screens must never be presented as real results.

FAQ
How long does prepping a pitch take ?
Five minutes with a saved template, around twenty the first time. The Pro plan lets you keep several dashboards typed by profile, which reduces prep to a first-name change and two value adjustments.
Should I show the low scenario or only the target ?
Both, in that order : the target to create desire, the low scenario to make the commitment credible. A pitch that only owns the best case backfires on the agency at the first disappointing month.
Is presentation mode essential ?
Not mandatory, but it changes perception. A visible URL bar, tabs and notifications remind the model they're looking at a browser. Full-screen lets the screen speak for itself.
