1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (hereafter "Terms") govern access to and use of the Fakeyourdash service available at fakeyourdash.com (hereafter the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, the user accepts these Terms in full and without reservation.
2. Description of the Service
Fakeyourdash provides visual reproductions (interface clones, or "demo dashboards") of third-party professional platforms, including Infloww, OnlyFans, MYM, Fanvue, Shopify and Stripe.
These reproductions are purely graphical simulations: they let the user type their own numbers into a faithful copy of the relevant interface to explore its ergonomics. No actual functionality (payment, messaging, automation, banking integration, etc.) is operational.
As simulations, minor visual differences from the original platform (labels, spacing, recent updates to the real interface) may exist, are inherent to the nature of the Service, and do not constitute a defect. The Service is provided "as is", as described and presented before purchase.
- passing off a Fakeyourdash demo as a genuine dashboard from the original platform;
- deceiving a client, business partner, investor, banking institution, official body or any other third party by presenting these screens as proof of revenue, subscribers, sales or any other real metric;
- publishing these screens on social media, in a commercial presentation, or in any public material while implying that the figures displayed match anyone's actual activity;
- impersonating a creator, a brand, an agency or a company via one of these simulations;
- using the Service in connection with fraud, scams, money laundering or any other unlawful act.
Any deceptive use triggers immediate suspension of the account without refund and, where applicable, reporting to the competent authorities. The user remains solely responsible for their use of the Service and indemnifies Fakeyourdash against any third-party claim resulting from deceptive use.
4. Account creation
Full access to the Service requires creating a user account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential.
Only one personal account per user is permitted. Account sharing or reselling access is forbidden.
5. Pricing and payment
The Service is offered with a free 3-day trial (limited preview) and paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency). The current prices and commitment terms are displayed on the subscription page before any payment is confirmed.
Payments are processed through a secure third-party provider. Fakeyourdash stores no card data. Paid subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from the user's account area, in one click.
6. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, nor to digital services, where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal. By subscribing to a paid plan (Starter, Pro or Agency) and requesting immediate access to the dashboards, the user gives express consent to the immediate performance of the Service and expressly acknowledges losing their right of withdrawal as soon as their access is activated. This waiver is collected separately at the time of payment and confirmed by email on a durable medium.
Access to the dashboards is a digital service activated immediately after payment; once access is activated, the subscription is non-refundable, subject to the cases provided for by law. Outside the cases provided for by law, amounts paid are non-refundable, in particular in the event of dissatisfaction, non-use of the Service, or cancellation during a billing period. Cancellation ends automatic renewal but does not entitle the user to a refund of the current period. Any request may be sent to [email protected] and will be reviewed case by case, without creating any refund obligation.
Where the right of withdrawal applies, the user may exercise it free of charge and without justification within 14 days, from their account area or by writing to [email protected]. An acknowledgment is sent to them on a durable medium.
7. Trademarks and intellectual property
The names, logos and visual identities of the reproduced platforms (Infloww, OnlyFans, MYM, Fanvue, Shopify, Stripe and any other platform represented) remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Fakeyourdash is neither affiliated with, partnered with, nor endorsed by any of these platforms.
The source code, design, copy, animations, screenshots, illustrations, Fakeyourdash logo and all visual compositions specific to the Service are protected by French copyright law (Articles L.111-1 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code) and by international copyright.
7.1. Reproduction and copying strictly forbidden
The following are expressly forbidden, except with the prior written authorisation of Fakeyourdash, and prosecutable as counterfeiting (Article L.335-2 of the Intellectual Property Code, up to 3 years' imprisonment and a €300,000 fine):
- The reproduction, in whole or in part, of HTML/CSS/JavaScript source code, animations, transitions, UI components or any graphical element of the Service.
- The republication, distribution or public release of all or part of the Service, on any medium whatsoever (competing website, social media, downloaded files, video captures).
- The use of screenshots, videos or animations from the Service for commercial or advertising purposes outside the scope set by Fakeyourdash.
- The creation of derivative products or services inspired by the Service, including interface clones resold to third parties.
7.2. Scraping, automation and data collection
The user agrees not to, and not to help any third party to:
- Use bots, crawlers, automated scripts or any similar tool to download, index or extract the Service's content;
- Perform scraping of the Service's pages, data or assets at scale or in a systematic manner;
- Circumvent technical protection measures (rate-limiting, anti-bot, captchas, authentication-based access controls).
Any breach of this article exposes its author to immediate blocking, revocation of access to the Service without refund, and civil and criminal proceedings.
7.3. Reverse engineering forbidden
The user agrees not to undertake, or have a third party undertake, any operation of disassembly, decompilation, reverse engineering or more generally any attempt to extract the compiled source code, algorithms or business logic of the Service, except in cases strictly authorised by Article L.122-6-1 of the Intellectual Property Code (interoperability).
7.4. Forensic tracing
Fakeyourdash embeds in every page served an anonymised identification marker that lets us trace any leak back to the user or session of origin. Attempting to remove, hide or falsify this marker constitutes circumvention of a technical protection measure within the meaning of Article L.331-5 of the Intellectual Property Code.
7.5. Sanctions
In the event of a breach of Articles 7.1 to 7.4, Fakeyourdash reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate the user's account without notice or refund;
- Issue DMCA notices / LCEN reports to hosts and search engines to take the copies down;
- Initiate any civil action for counterfeiting or unfair competition;
- Initiate any criminal proceedings provided for in Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.
8. Availability and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and on an as-available basis. Fakeyourdash uses reasonable means to ensure continuous operation but does not guarantee absence of outages, errors, or absolute fidelity of reproductions versus updates to the original platforms. As the reproductions are visual simulations consistent with their description, minor differences from the original platforms do not constitute a lack of conformity of the Service.
Fakeyourdash cannot be held liable for any indirect damage, loss of data, loss of revenue or moral prejudice resulting from use of the Service.
9. Personal data
Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
10. Termination
The user may terminate their account at any time from their personal area. Fakeyourdash reserves the right to suspend or close any account in breach of these Terms, in particular the non-deceptive-use clause.
11. Changes
Fakeyourdash may modify these Terms at any time. Users are notified by email or by an in-app notice in the account area. Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their validity, interpretation or enforcement falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
